Join a passionate, qualified and committed team! We are looking for a high caliber Account Manager who will be responsible for client facing channels. This role is primarily focused on driving additional revenue within our existent client base and expanding our market share with our Digital and IT Division. The Account Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our clients’ ambitious talent acquisition requirements and needs. Whether it be over the phone or through emails, the ultimate goal is to sell an experience.

Vos responsabilités

– Service new and existing customers in support of business development efforts – Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails – Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest – Develop strong and strategic relationships with clients and potential prospects – Be involved in the entire hiring process for contract/consulting/temporary hiring – Network extensively and be actively involved in relevant events in effort to build relationships, keep current with trends and uncover opportunities that lead to sales prospects

Nos exigences

– Minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales experience and 1 year of experience in the staffing industry or any other related fields – A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, developing business and closing deals – Persistence and numbers driven – Fluency in English and French and listening skills – Passion about technology and willingness to learn about industry trends – Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections – Possess a valid licence and vehicle – High motivation, ”self-starter” attitude with a strong work ethics – Strong customer service ethics – Proactivity, willingness to ask questions, participate, speak up and engage – Interest in building a career with a growth-oriented company – Business-minded, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment – Capacity to be positive and dynamic
