Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located east of Montreal, an ERP business analyst with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience. The position is permanent, hybrid mode and with great social benefits.
Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located east of Montreal, an ERP business analyst with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience. The position is permanent, hybrid mode and with great social benefits.
– Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with operational and professional staff at all levels of the organization.
– Understand and understand business and operational processes and associated technologies – workflow, data flow and application functionality – to make relevant recommendations and accomplish tasks efficiently.
– Perform cost-benefit analyzes and propose recommendations on technological solutions adapted to the company.
– Collaborate closely with colleagues and business leaders to understand operational challenges and needs.
– Work in partnership with application specialists and developers to identify and evaluate possible solutions.
– Ensure coordination and communication between IT services and other departments.
– Plan, supervise and lead small to medium-sized projects to completion, in collaboration with business partners, IT specialists and suppliers.
– Identify risks and management options to complete projects effectively and efficiently.
Mandatory:
– Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
– Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar degree – for example, degree obtained after a program of at least two years with a specialization in computer science, information technology or information management, at a recognized post-secondary educational institution.
– Ability to engage and communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Fluency in French is an asset.
– Enhancement, construction and maintenance of solid professional relationships with business partners and collaborators in the technology sector.
– Autonomy, desire to learn and develop skills.
– Application of a structured work management methodology.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
– Organization, autonomous management, and ability to respect deadlines and commitments.
– Orientation towards innovation and adoption of modern technological solutions bringing added value to businesses.
Optional (an asset):
– Experience in application implementation and business transformation.
– Experience in project management, certification.
– Use of business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
– Experience with data warehouses, data cubes and data analysis.
– Process documentation with emphasis on internal controls.
